This page explains how refunds work for Wakehold Token purchases. Online checkout is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so Paddle buyer terms and refund practices may also apply.
Who processes the payment
Self-serve token purchases on wakehold.com are charged by Paddle. The buyer-facing charge should show as Wakehold. Paddle handles payment, tax, and related billing as Merchant of Record.
How to request a refund
Email hello@wakehold.com with your order email, approximate purchase date, pack name (Spark, Current, or Surge), and the reason for the request. We will coordinate with Paddle where required.
Unused token packs
If a pack was purchased by mistake and none of the tokens have been burned, contact us promptly. We aim to review unused-pack refund requests within a reasonable window after purchase (draft target: 14 days). Approval is not guaranteed and may follow Paddle’s Merchant of Record rules.
Partially used packs
Tokens that have already been burned for wakes, proof receipts, work packets, or policy capsules are generally not refundable. We may offer a partial credit or goodwill adjustment only in exceptional cases.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you open a card dispute, contact us first so we can help resolve it. Paddle and the card network may apply their own processes and timelines.
Enterprise and custom pools
Enterprise or custom token pools sold outside self-serve checkout follow the written order or agreement for that sale, not this self-serve draft alone.
